Custom-made: excursion ‘Deaf façades’

A ‘deaf’ façade’ is often used in construction in case of noise nuisance. With such a façade, windows cannot be opened, and requirements to noise isolation are stricter. Zuidas Amsterdam Development office was interested in the consequences of these regulations for dwellings and the experiences of inhabitants.
