Presentations 'Lighting Oosterdok'

As part of the Amsterdam Light Festival, ARCAM organizes an afternoon about light and light art in the public space of the Oosterdok.

Jonas Vorwerk (Buro voor Multimediale Projecten), Pim Vlug (Wilhelmusvlug) and Mo Assem (Mr. Beam) are presenting their work.
The afternoon will start with an introduction by Hans Akkerman, on behalf of the municipality of Amsterdam responsible for public lighting.

15.00: Welcome speech by Maarten Kloos (directeur ARCAM)
15.10: Hans Akkerman (Dienst Infrastructuur, Verkeer en Vervoer) on public lighting in the Oosterdok
15.30: Jonas Vorwerk (Buro voor Multimediale Projecten) on ‘Pixels’, located on Nemo
15.50: Pim Vlug (Wilhelmusvlug) on ‘Wishing Well’, located on the Scharrebiersluis
16.10: Mo Assem (Mr. Beam) on the projection, located on the Maritime Museum
16.45: Drinks & activation of the light art (visible from the ARCAM gallery)
