In collaboration with the Academy of Architecture Amsterdam, the Amsterdam Architecture Centre has been organising the 1-Lectures since 2014. This series of architectural lectures provides a platform for speakers from the Netherlands and abroad to talk about a wide range of subjects from the international world of architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture.
On 8 February 2018, in the first 1 Lectures of the new series, Daniel Libeskind talks about the National Holocaust Memorial. Because of the expected great interest, the lecture was diverted to church De Duif on the Prinsengracht.
