Summer School Thinking City 2015: Beyond Resilience
This second edition of the programme, themed ‘Beyond Resilience’, will explore the capacity of urban systems to not only withstand unexpected changes or even crises, but benefit from them. This question will be addressed through six different case studies, ranging from the topics of urban infrastructure and circular economy to health and the urban environment, from the role of art festivals in the city to the liveability of a tourist hot spot, from the participation of refugees in society to the quality of life of elderly in an urban neighborhood.
