At ARCAM, you can find everything about architecture and urban design in and around Amsterdam.
Your search for information about architecture can begin at school or at home. On this site! Look at the link Architectural Guide if you want information about a building (the architect, style or year of construction) or if you want to see photographs of a building. Or search in Webspecials for articles with recent photographs taken by ARCAM. Moreover, you can find pages under Adresses with other architecture sites, addresses of bookshops and libraries.
In ARCAM’s information point you can consult our architecture books, magazines, folders, sites, maps and a collection of newspaper cuttings. There is always someone available to help you search.
ARCAM is open Tuesday to Saturday, from 13.00 to 17.00. Admission is free. ARCAM’s address is Prins Hendrikkade 600. From Central Station it’s a 15 minute walk, or you can take a number 22 bus and get out at the Kadijksplein stop.
